How it Works
The Process (Simple + Personal)
Our legacy videos are produced using the same process we’ve used to create thousands of hours of television, only now, it’s for a much smaller, far more important audience: your loved ones.
Step 1: We Talk
You tell us about your family, the person you’d like to feature, and the memories you want to preserve. We’ll do pre-interviews over the phone to get a sense of the story and the people telling it, then craft a set of thoughtful questions designed to draw out real, meaningful moments. Nothing scripted. Just natural conversation.
Step 2: We Film
Ideally, we film in person so your loved one feels at ease, but Zoom is always an option. The interview feels more like a relaxed conversation than a stiff Q&A. Camera-shy? Don’t worry, this is our specialty. We’ve interviewed hundreds of people who’ve never been on camera before. We’ll make them look and sound their best with professional lighting, audio, and video.
Step 3: We Edit a Legacy Film
We take the full interview and shape it into a beautiful, story-driven piece, whether it’s a simple sit-down interview or a documentary-style film, depending on your package. We’ll weave in personal photos, music, and even archival footage if you have it.
Step 4: You Keep It Forever
The final film is delivered digitally, and optionally on a keepsake USB or DVD. It’s yours to keep, rewatch, and pass down for generations. A story that outlives us all.
